This role is at the crossroads of regulation, data analysis and working with customers and colleagues. All aspects of this role will be focused on reducing gambling problems of customers in compliance with regulations.



Responsibilities

- Using appropriate tools for analysing and monitoring customers / problem gambling indicators to detect underage gamblers and detect problem gamblers - Risk-scoring and flagging customers for follow-up actions such as customer interaction, exclusion and refunding - Analysing and resolving customer complaints relating to responsible gambling while liaising with the right department and ensuring follow ups - Assisting other departments in any Responsible Gaming queries - Updating customer account details with necessary information - Giving suggestions for tool improvements and new back office tools - Keeping up to date with regulations, policies & procedures and best practice regarding responsible gambling - Any other related tasks assigned by the business



Requirements

- Online gaming experience is key for this role - Previous experience related to responsible gambling will be considered as an asset - Experience in the analysis of problem gambling - Experience in dealing with customers with gambling problems - Awareness of fraud and anti-money laundering - Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English
