This role is reporting to the Marketing Director. The Data Analyst will be required to work in strong collaboration with the local Digital, Retention & Brand Manager, BI, and HQ Growth team as well as other Data and Digital Analysts - sharing best practices and tools.

The key objective of the Data Analyst is to work in partnership with the Digital Managers, CRM and Brand Managers to optimize Acquisition, Activation and Retention campaigns on a daily basis. The candidate will be an exceptional analytical partner, Tech savvy, with the ability to see the big picture and have fantastic collaboration skills.

Required skills and experience
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and analytical individual who genuinely wants to drive growth in a customer-centric organisation, challenge the status quo and build a great business
They will be a tech-savvy, commercially-minded and business-oriented data analyst operating in a digital media agency / or working in a digital native business, with expertise across digital web & mobile, and ideally Direct response TV
Bac + 5, Statistics or Economics or Business or Engineering
2+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing
2+ years in demand generation
2+ years of experience in analytics (web and App)
Experience with email and digital advertising tracking, measurement, and metrics
Experience with data visualization tools
Communication skills
Fluent in French and English
