The Group Head of Affiliates will build and lead a team responsible for the strategy and delivery of customer acquisition targets via affiliate marketing across the territories. This is a role for a data driven professional who makes decisions based on empirical evidence and can persuade others to do the same.

Main responsibilities:
Develop the affiliate program in line with corporate strategies and targets.
Actively leading, building and managing the Affiliate Team of internal resource.
Identify and develop relationships with the key affiliate partners in the industry.
Responsibility for managing affiliates to increase revenue and overall P&L & ROI. You will outline KPI's and provide consistent reporting for all marketing campaigns.
Manage a significant multi €million budget and achieve the targets agreed with the Marketing Director.

A minimum of 5 years work experience is essential.
Degree in Digital Marketing, Analytics or a business-related field.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build and maintain professional relationships in a pressurised environment.
