The VP of Operations is responsible for delivering the Revenues for its Hub by managing a team of primarily Sales and Account Managers who successfully sell our software to new clients (B2B) and subsequently develop those accounts to ensure future growth of overall business with them. Creating an industry leading experience, where clients want to work with our software.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivery of Rev Targets for Hub
Responsible for managing the acquisition though a team of Sales Managers
Responsible for managing the relationship with existing clients through a team of Account Managers
Taking ownership of the client relationship, identifying commercial risk and opportunities and ultimately maximizing customer retention
Making recommendations and implement profitable amendments focused on promotions, account management, sales techniques and optimising the current portfolio across a wide range of products
Develop account management talent across the organization, up-skilling account managers, developing appropriate training, providing on-the-job coaching, and role-modelling competencies
Drafting and implementing Account Management processes
Games roadmap planning
Client mapping management
Commercial forecasting and drafting of commercial plans
Hub Office management
