Reporting to the Online Director with a dotted line into the Head of Marketing, the Online Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for all online channels of acquisition: affiliates, paid media, social etc. In addition, the candidate will own any strategic development projects which fall under acquisition, including:

Build strong relationships with key affiliate partners and implement initiatives that create new growth opportunities.
Build strong relationships with key publishers and identify opportunities.
Plan the digital marketing day-to-day activity aligning with the Head on Online & Head of Marketing and the overarching strategy set at company level.
Develop and manage the online marketing plans and strategies from start to finish.
Partner with internal Marketing and Creative teams to create compelling and effective assets.
Craft landing pages and set up promotions for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
Work with the in-house content team to create engaging and cutting-edge content across each individual brand.
Continuously optimize creative and messaging strategies to increase performance, testing message content, images, offers, landing pages, frequency, segments, and more.
Oversee online affiliate programs and its affiliates.
Managing the Performance Marketing team in Malta.
Measure and optimise our digital marketing strategy/activities.
Reporting on all online marketing activities to Head of Online & Head of Marketing.


Be proficient in digital marketing, PPC, Social Media acquisition, Chat Bots and WordPress; and have experience of Netrefer
Good understanding and experience in programmatic marketing platforms.
Be creative, dynamic, results oriented and good team player
Good communicator with colleagues and external stakeholders
