As a Digital Media Team Manager you'll be managing a team of 3+ and working closely alongside the Head of Digital Media in order to ensure the effective running of our campaigns and implementation of our overall acquisition strategy.

The Digital Media team sits within the Acquisition Marketing team, whose primary focus is to acquire new players to each of the websites and apps within the Group as effectively as possible. We plan, execute, optimise and analyse the acquisition campaigns across paid social, programmatic, video and direct buys. Therefore you'll need a full understanding of each of these paid media channels and their impact on overall acquisition activity. We are a highly ambitious team and are always striving for the best performance possible using the most efficient processes.

Campaign Management
Monitor CAC across Digital Media for a selection of brands ensuring this is inline with acquisition-wide targets
Formulate, communicate and execute Digital Media campaign strategy
Maintain existing 3rd party relationships and create new ones
Negotiate deals with media owners/publishers/providers
Guide the team on troubleshooting live campaigns and be an ambassador for data-driven decisions

Team Management
Manage a team of 3+, including conducting bi-annual performance and development reviews with each team member.
Train new team members to a high standard
Mentor and support current team in both their day to day roles as well as their personal and professional development
Create a positive can-do atmosphere within the team and motivate them to reach, or exceed, our marketing targets

Experience Required
3+ years working in display marketing
Proven experience in running and optimising display campaigns
2+ years people management experience
Working knowledge of Google Campaign Manager, Apps Flyer and Nanigans or similar
