You'll be an essential part of the casino marketing team, taking responsibility for planning, implementing, analysing and optimising all CRM and retention activities together with your team. The Company is expanding rapidly so you'll be used to working in a fast-paced environment which is constantly evolving and innovating, putting our customers at the heart of everything we do and always working to our principles of fun, fast & fair.

Responsibilities: You will personalise offers based on the preferences of players, analysing conversion rates, optimising an early live cycle and measuring campaign success (ROI). You'll implement effective segmentation and LTV optimisation, developing robust digital customer journeys and driving the roadmap of both global and network campaigns, with constant optimisation of activity based on your analysis.

You'll deliver innovative methods of reducing churn, increasing customer yield & customer satisfaction and engagement via exciting promotions and campaigns. Working closely with the Country Managers and Customer Support team, you'll ensure effective, consistent delivery of customer lifecycle and reactivation communications across all channels; email, website, push notifications, etc. You will create clear retention plans and customer journeys for the global market, including detailed briefs for targeting, mechanics and channel mix.

Key Skills and Experience:
3 or more years of experience in Retention Management
Team management experience
Solid understanding of targeted promotions, CRM segmentation and campaign analysis
Extensive experience with retention campaign and promotion management
Excellent verbal and written English
