In this role you'll be an essential part of the marketing team, taking responsibility for driving growth through sports and casino affiliated sales.

Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible for growing and managing relationships with affiliated partners, driving acquisition of new affiliates and developing the partners who are underperforming. You will implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI. You'll create the overall affiliate strategy, ensuring it continues to evolve and remains competitive, as well as sourcing, evaluating, recruiting and approving new affiliate partners.
You will create and develop affiliation reports to demonstrate fulfilment of KPIs and budget vs spend. You will monitor and analyse results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports, identifying strong and weak areas and helping underachievers to improve.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
Optimisation of all aspects of the affiliate program through established and new networks
Acquiring affiliate partners, cultivating top performers and developing incentive programs to reward key partners
Managing the contract negotiations and maintenance with affiliate partners
Reactivation of old affiliates and targeting inactive players through specific affiliate campaigns
Answering affiliate queries and managing onsite content promotion visibility and game content information
Creating and delivering weekly reports to 3rd parties, affiliate networks, etc. and deliver ad-hoc reports to business owners
Conducting regular competitor analysis - marketing collateral, welcome offers and promotions
Identifying new industry trends and promotional concepts
