We're looking for someone with passion and drive to grow and manage our relationships with affiliated partners, drive acquisition of new affiliates and develop the partners who are underperforming.

Job responsibilities:
Manage all affiliate and key partner relationships within the business and deliver recruitment and revenue targets in line with the casino & sportsbook KPI forecast;
Manage commercial agreements, commission models as well as short- and long- term incentive plans to generate significant growth in affiliate contribution and drive positive ROI;
Identify and implement new opportunities to enhance the affiliate program;
Lead and develop management reporting to promote affiliates within the business including report monthly on KPI performance versus plans;
Develop the affiliate growth strategy in both crypto and fiat verticals;
Day-to-day management of the affiliate team to support and oversee core tasks and delivery;

What we expect of you:
A firm grasp of digital and affiliate marketing with outstanding communication, leadership and analytical skills
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a manager-level role
Understanding CPN (content networks, e.g. the potential for building our own affiliate network) is a plus
Commercially astute demonstrating strong negotiation skills
