We are looking for another star to join the growing Data Team. You will help us leverage the power of terabytes of data we collect every day and draw insightful conclusions for decision makers. Together with the other team members, you will build data models for recommendations, perform analysis on the performance of our products and customer experience, plus more. Key Responsibilities:
Managing and producing complex data analysis to provide valuable insights into the performance of the business and support the company's decisions
Performing regular analysis on a wide array of issues, including LTV, game profitability, changing customer trends, loyalty program, customer churn, promotional efforts, acquisition cost, fraud and presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
Conducting pre-and post-campaign analysis across multiple channels to understand campaign success with regards to ROI and customer acquisition and retention
Working closely with other stakeholders (Finance, Payments & Risk, Affiliates, VIP, Marketing & Product, Compliance) to provide insights to help enhance performance and solve business problems through the analysis of customer and transactional data, using data-mining techniques and statistical modelling
Skills:
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Sociology or equivalent
2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Solid understand of relational database systems
Strong SQL and Excel
Desirable experience with Python and R
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - a story teller who not only can create dashboards, but can present them as well
