The person in this role will need to be a self-starter who takes ownership and is able to prioritise their work in line with business and stakeholder priorities. Passionate about data they will drive change and action through science rather than hunch.
You will:
Support various analysts and stakeholders in the production of analysis, dashboards or reports, requiring web behaviour information and insights. Analysis will mostly focus on:
Identifies, measures, and monitors KPIs, while making recommendations that impact our site and marketing performance
Support the roadmap of optimising content, CRM, marketing and user/customer experience, all through the understanding of onsite visitor behaviour
Experience enhancements, analysing the impact of changes to product, site/mobile experience and new product launches with the aim of concluding whether an acceptable return on investment was delivered or not
Work with the Web Lead to create a step change in our web set up:
Ensure reliable tagging and tracking to support accurate measurement and data validations - see issues through to resolution
You're good at:
Great at problem solving and critical thinking - highly analytical and knows how to approach and solve questions
Able to grasp the business context and learn quickly
Has an affinity for data and is always looking for ways to make improvements
Able to work independently and efficiently, to the standards expected within the department
A Positive Mental Attitude is key!
Google Analytics or similar tracking tools a must
Excel proficiency required
SQL, BigQuery, Knime, QlikSense, Power BI, a/b testing knowledge of benefit but not a must
